ONLINE IMAGE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SUNNYHEAT MARKETING MATERIALS
Preamble
By downloading, accessing, receiving, or using the image material provided by CREA SYSTEMS, the partner agrees to the following license terms and conditions.
1. Contracting Parties
Licensor: CREA SYSTEMS GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "CREA SYSTEMS")
Licensee: Any authorized partner who accesses or uses the image material.
2. Subject Matter of the Agreement
CREA SYSTEMS provides digital image files, visualizations, renderings, photographs, AI-generated graphics, and marketing images (hereinafter referred to as "Image Material") via online portals, download areas, cloud services, email, or comparable digital distribution channels.
The Image Material is intended exclusively for the marketing, distribution, and promotion of products and services under the SUNNYHEAT brand.
3. Acceptance Through Use
The first use of the Image Material shall constitute express acceptance
